Booking.com supporting *****sters

I was de*****ed by an owner on booking.com. Fairview apartment in Cape Town. Booking.com published the article saying Fairview apartment handles all payments. When I arrived there there was no house matching the picture and there was a Chinese family living there asking what the hell am I doing there. I feel more scrutiny is required before allowing these options to be published on your site to protect us.
