Booking.com-Summer Square Penthouse **** and *****

I booked at Summer Square Penthouse ,KZN, its a **** don't book there, the reviews even show similar **** experiences were they got to venue and owner is not answering calls ,and Booking.com has a cancellation fee weather the accommodation makes sense or not and they don't deregister *****ulent accommodations and they have no form of inspecting for ***** , they better not charge my card for cancellation fee because the owner of the venue doesn't event respond anymore since I caught them out. The owner of accommodation asks you to make full payment prior to booking date then they disappear when you arrive at accommodation., I asked them why they are asking for payment and the reviews I saw and they stopped taking my calls and the number linked to their account is always on voicemail and they will text you via watsapp with a different number . the fact that booking.com does not have client service email address you can only call or contact the *****ulant owner .
