BOOKING.COM STOLE MY MONEY! I WANT IT BACK!!!!!!

I made a booking through booking.com this week for a holiday with my kids. I initially booked 3 nights instead of 4 at a hotel. I called to make changes and they deducted money for the initial nights. When I called to add one more night they cancelled the entire booking! Now they are saying I need to wait 7- 12 working days for my refund. I have for-fitted my return flights money and my holiday with my family. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. NEVER USING BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN!
