Booking.com *****ing your money

We’ve made a booking on Saturday9 March in Herm**** at17 Marine via booking.com paid immediately - only to find out on Sunday that the booking was cancelled by booking.com and they only paid R600 back of the near R9k we’ve paid without any explanation or reason- they keep on saying they’re investigating - but the people handling the enquiries can hardly speak proper english. Seems they’re *******-
