Booking.com *****ing my money

I have been a host on booking .com for 3 years. These ice I am receiving from them is unacceptable. My payments have been blocked as they say I owe them money but noone can tell me what it is for. Furthermore one is never meant to have to pay them money they are meant to deduct fees from payouts. You can never reach them on the phone they just send you messages for links to help articles that go nowhere. Right now I have a payout for R3000 for a reservation from December 2021 that I have not recieved.
