Booking.com has got to be the worst website to deal with. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RATE THIS SITE IN A NEGATIVE I WOULD. The site has **** artists advertising on the website. You book, you pay only to arrive at the destination and realize that you have been ****med. Money is gone, and you are left stranded. Booking.com says that they will refund you between 7-12 days, after a the waiting period is over you never get a response, when you call back its a further 7-12 days. There is never a manager available to speak to.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, STAY AWAY. RATHER CALL THE PROPERTY DIRECTLY AND MAKE A DIRECT RESERVATION.
