Booking.com should be called booking.con - *****ulent booking

They should be called booking.con I booked accommodation in Hatfield Cumlaude self catering apartments from 4 to 8 August 2025. Booking.com deducted R3229.20 from my credit card as well as R64.58 international payment fee. When I arrived at the accommodation they said I did not have a booking and that they are no longer registered with booking.com. I had to find alternative accommodation. I have emailed booking.com five times and tried to call then (the number is international and does not work). They keep on sending automated responses and do not resolve the query. Booking.com has de*****ed me and refuses to refund me even though I was not allowed to stay at the property where they booked me and took my money.
