Booking.com shocking service
So we made a booking for 31st Dec till 1st Jan for the Olivia in Constantia Cape Town for 30 people that is coming to Cape Town only to find out after a week that the house is no longer with booking.com and they can not assist us with another house that’s available,How does such a huge company not update their website ,the house was apparently sold long ago,I’m really discusted in the service they provided us with,My family and I always book through booking.com but we will take our business somewhere else.
