Booking.com seems like it's a ****

I've booked at Northmead lodge guesthouse via booking.com and the number in my confirmation email, which is supposed to be the number of the lodge is on voicemail. When I call the number on the lodge's website I am told that they don't have my reservation I must contact booking.com and there's no where where I can contact booking.com
