Booking.com ****s me a day before my birthday

I was booked for the 25th till the 27th February 2022 at ezeazu 61. On the 25th February I was send an sms that they can't accommodate us anymore because they have an electrical problem on the property, the person asked for my banking details so that he can refund me.,but till today the money is not payed and he has blocked my because when I call him from my phone it takes me straight to voice mail. I called booking.com last week and they kept hanging up my call, this week when I tried to call the booking.com number again it said it is not supported by mtn. The place was going for R5, 800 plus R2000 refundable fee but I ended up paying R4000 refundable fee. I have been ****med R9800 by booking.com.
