Booking.com ********

Never book via booking.com they are conniving with ********. My family and I made a reservation via Booking.com from South Africa for an apartment located in Cardiff, Wales in the UK. We received confirmation which contained the dates and location of the property. When we arrived at the place on the day of the check-in, the apartment was no where to be found. We tried contacting the telephone number which was specified on the confirmation letter to no avail. We were so stressed and had to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. I tried logging a complaint to booking.com regarding this matter however, there is still no resolution. Booking.com is not reliable, never book with them if you want peace of mind
