Booking.com ****med me

On 1 July I made a booking with Booking.com, they debited R 34532.00 from my account & told me the accommodation is no longer available after taking my money, I have been waiting for my refund since then. They are telling me to phone an +44 number when I’m in SA, they don’t respond to my emails & they claim they can’t phone me back. These people are ********
