Booking.com ****

I booked holiday accommodation through booking.com in South Africa. I received e-mail confirmation of my booking, which stated that I would be staying at the Vantage Rosebank, corner of Bath and Tyrwytt. Instead I was given an apartment at 12 Baker Street owned by Rosch Inc. It is not difficult to see that this differs from what I offered. Even after 5 days of accommodation, booking.com has been unwilling to rectify the ****. My own research revealed that exactly the same **** has been performed and I have informed booking.com of that. They are not interested in my complaint and probably hope that the issue goes away. But it won't. Please be careful when booking with booking.com or chose a different provider.
