Booking.com ****

We made an online booking for a property at the reduced rate as advertised and was charged the full amount, after numerous attempts to get our money back, it was refused by Booking.com and the answer they gave us was that we did not make an online payment; which is untrue. I have all the relevant proof if requested by anyone, Booking.com are ************ and I would NOT recommend anyone to make a booking with them, they **** you out of your hard earned money with misleading information on bookings, please be careful and avoid the booking.com website.
