Booking.com refused a refund of a cancelled accommodation worth R8200.00

My family and i usually use this company for bookings whenever we go on a holiday however it has stopped after we have lost R8200 for a Xmas holiday booking at Hartebees, we were not happy about the accommodation and requested booking.com to find us an accommodation that has children activities unlike the ***** place owns by a Nigerian who refuses to speak to us and has changed numbers.... till today we have never received the refund.!!!!!!!!!!!!
