Booking.com refund ******

Booking.com is refusing to give me my refund that was paid back by Lufthansa after I canceled my flight.I have been calling none stop ana all they keep saying is they will get back to me, I am in so much pain that I have to struggle to get my hard earned money back, it's been weeks and months waiting. I want my money back all of it.
