Booking.Com Really !!!!

Hi all, I personally have dealt with Booking.com almost 12 years mainly in Europe and have had no complaints. 14 days ago I booked an apartment in Istanbul Turkey for 1 week. Payment accepted, everything fine. Arrived at Istanbul Airport 11/12/24 pm, got taxi to go to the address with my wife (first time in Turkey) to find the property did not exist and naturally we were very upset. Got Taxi driver to bring us back to the Airport and we spoke with the Police there regarding our plight. The Police tried to contact the property through a mobile number which was supp**** through booking.com but number invalid despite working previously. The Police contacted a local Hotel who accepted us for a few days until we got re-organised. They (the Police) informed us that this **** PROPERTY practice is quite common and they have may cases, similar!!!. We have contacted booking.com on 4 occasions and have received no email, phone calls or refund. We are very disappointed about the whole situation as I have come here on a budget. THANK YOU BOOKING.COM FOR THR GREAT START FOR OUR BREAK IN TURKEY. Now they won't accept International Bookings for Turkey only in the last few days , What's Happening Booking.Com.
