Booking.com - ****py organization - this coming from a Host/Renter.

I Host / Rent a few apartments on the platform - Booking.com

For some reason the system changed the collect from myself to Booking.com collecting the reservation monies themselves instead of us collecting from the guest. I have assured that my money will be paid to me within 10 working days of the guest check in date. Please note all this took place Dec 2020.

Today we in June 2021 and I'm still awaiting for my money that Booking.com collected from guest. I have sent emails and called every week. This is time consuming and costly. We already running in losses each month and here comes a big organization and ***** from us.

Booking.com is the worst booking planform for guest as well as owners. They are quick to block us on their website if we don't pay their high 18% commission
