Booking.com protects false advertising hosts instead of paying customers

After numerous calls no one gets back to us. We booked an apartment on booking.com. Upon arrival it looked nothing like the advertised space on booking.com website. Also found open electrical wiring and broken mirrors. send all the proof to booking.com and left the apartment as it is not what we paid for. Now the property owner refuses to refund and booking.com refuses to refund us as the customer. We have NO relation to the owner of the property. We paid for a advertised space on booking.com which was false advertising. I want my full refund
