Booking.com promoting *****

Currently having the worst experience with booking.com. It's 22h04 and we're stranded outside one of their places we booked through them. We've been trying to get hold of the host for 3 hours. It's cold and I'm with kids.

We can't get hold of booking.com either and we prepaid. Imagine, 22h00 on a winter night with a 7 year old.

Last week my neighbor was nearly abducted at a place she booked through booking.com
