Booking.com post *****ulant photos

We have made a booking via booking.com for a weekend to spent in Gecko B&B in Coffee Bay. The pictures on their site are very beautiful however when we got there they were still painting the room that we had to stay in, the grass is as high as our knees, the single bed were broken - if you sit on it it lifts the other side and there were no hot water. We could not stay in a place like that - so we did not stay there and had to go and look for something else however booking.com is now refusing to refund us but their photos were *****ulant!!!!!!!
