Booking.com poor service

Booking.com left my 24 year old daughter stranded in a foreign country on a Sunday afternoon. She booked and paid for accommodation and even got a pin number. But when she arrived in Copenhagen, the accommodation was fully booked months ago. It's now 3 months later. After spending HOURS on the phone, sending mails we have yet to received full compensation for a mistake they made! Think twice before you make use of Booking.com
