Booking.com please refund me for booking cancelled

On the 14th of April 2022, I made a booking at Babbling Brook eMpangeni via booking.com and cancelled it the same day when the owner told me they could not accomodate me and advised to make cancellations.

Online when doing the cancellations I got a pop up that it was successful and my money will be refunded within 7 days. Up until today no refund came from booking.com to my account. I am reporting this as I cannot even make a follow up via their website.

I need assistance R495 might be small but nowadays every little cent counts.
