Booking.com pathetic to say the least

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would rate Booking.com zero stars. A booking was made, but never confirmed [booking number and pin available on request]. The full amount was still deducted and the pin details for the actual place of accommodation was only provided at 18.00 of the day that those details should have been provided not later than 10.00. This is absolutely pathetic and I will be sure to spread the word on other platforms also.
