Booking.com pathetic service

I had the most horrible experience with Booking.com i booked a accommodation with them and payment was done booking confirmed and given contacts for the host We were supposed to check in on the 30th of May however on Friday 30th Booking.com advised us that the host has canceled our booking I have never had such an awful experience on top of that Booking.com said they cannot find an alternative accommodation for us i have to find it myself and pay with my own money as I had to wait for 7 to 12 days for them to refund me mind u I was told this Friday afternoon at 16:30 and I asked them where am I suppose to get an accommodation for the next morning even worse with no cash I wouldn't recommend Booking.com they were so heartless and the consultant that was helping me was so un-bothered shame he kept on saying sorry there's nothing they can do i even cried on the phone explaining i don't have any cash to make a new booking and my guests are checking in the next morning from JHB Booking.com u did me dirty shame
