Booking.com only use clients for money!

Seems like booking.com specializes in false adverti*****t. All they want is there half of the money, then they disappear. Never but never book throught booking.com especially if it's a no cancellation policy. U will book and pay like. Good citizen. The photos of the place will look stunning. When u get there, it won't have half the requirements that they listed. Shower with no Dore, right next to an electrical plug. No microwave, kettle, refrigerator. Spoke to the guest house about it. They did nothing. Spoke to booking.com took them today's just to get a microwave. I informed them I will be leaving a day earlier due to this as the food that was to be kept cold and used in the microwave is spoiled. They have not once gotten back to me on anything. Evertime I had to contact and threaten them just to one thing done. Eventually is seems the guest will give a refund after I sorted it with them and there people didn't do there work. Point remains I worked throguht booking.com, they just don't give a ****. They are just picking up easy money from inocent people. They should be allowed to do business in this manner!
