Booking.com /Oasis Property

We booked a 14 day holiday thru Booking.com and the agency Oasis Properties. They were happy to take my money, we had the worst unit and worst holiday ever. Till today, neither have responded to my complaints, don't have the guts to phone me. I would not recommend either to book your holidays. The pictures compared to the actual unit is way off. Unit was not what the picture showed. Be very careful when using both, as they are nor interested in the people, only eager to take your money. My holiday has still left a bad taste in my mouth.
