Booking.com not refunding me!!

I booked accommodation via bookin.com and cancelled immediately afterwards as my sister also made a booking. Now, the struggle is getting my money back from them, they are referring me to the property and and the property is referring me to them. I've emailed numerous times and get standard responses on their email platform.
