booking.com not honest and true to itself

On all my international travels I use booking.com primarily. I rely and depend on the information on the webpage as I assume they would have investigated all current and new accommodation advertisers be accepting them to their site. Further, I expect that all information displayed is true and correct as far as possible, otherwise we consumers would be severely prejudiced by adverse expectations. On my recent visit to Delhi I booked a hotel rated as a 4*, full buffet english breakfast, executive bedroom. To my dismay it was not what was advertised and certainly did not meet my expectations. Although booking.com profits on commission made I don,t think their site does justice for the consumer. I regard it as false and misleading the public because once you arrive at the hotel you cannot cancel without incurring a penalty.
