Booking.com non accommodation payment disaster

I have made a hotel booking with booking.com on the 9th of November they have deducted money from my account, arrived at the hotel on the 12th booking.com didn't pay the hotel, I paid booking.com R2450 , the hotel manager called booking.com so solve the matter and they never did. I felt stranded with my daughter I had to make an overdraft to pay the hotel while booking.com said will resolve the matter, there is no form or communication from booking.com after calling countless of times talking with a different consultants and non of them got back to me and I haven't received my money from booking com, hope this this review will alert others about booking.com
