Booking.com no support not the first time

I just made a booking on booking.com but the amount just went of my bank account tiwce. I have tried everything to get a hold of there team but no luck. I also cannot see the booking as listed on the app. the big problem is that on my credit card it does show that it went of through booking.com and one of there partners but you cannot get a hold of there team
