Booking.com - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!

Once you have booked and paid your done with Booking.com You will arrive at your destination and find it is not as advertised and you will have no way of addressing the matter as Booking.com will not come to your aid at all!!!! No way to resolve and you’re basically stranded with a lie!!! I kept all correspondence of the ****mers and couldn’t get resolution from Booking.com!!
