Booking.com - NO customer service

The worst customer service EVER! There is NO customer service.

Booking.com offer no reliable support for clients. Every email I have sent is either an automated reply that does not relate in any way to the subject or is read and ignored.

After hours of trying to speak to a human being, I finally found a number but the person could hardly speak English and most of the time did not understand me. I was 'promised' a call back which was never received. Instead emails from booking.com simply stated I needed to ring and enter the booking reference and PIN which was necessary.

I was also promised a refund because the place was a total misrepresentation on booking.com and was situated in a dangerous area. I never received a refund and did not receive any support from booking.com when I found myself in this dangerous situation.
