Booking.com NO assistance

Was double booked for the weekend of the 1st to the 4th of December 2023, couldnt use our accomodation (Farmer BLOU Guest House) and are now struggling to get our stay refunded. We arrived to the property the evening of the 1st to find that we had been double booked, we tried contacting the owner who also never responded to our enquiries. We are now struggling to get ANY response from booking.com OR the owner and have still not been refunded for the accomodation we never got to use.
