Booking.com needs to get their act together and check their properties

I was always a fan of Booking.com. However, I stayed at a property with a rating of 8.5 which was not accurate at all. And then when I wanted to move, I found another property also on Booking.com which was actually NOT AVAILABLE. I almost paid for 3x rooms for 5 nights for a place that was not available for the next 6 months.
