BOOKING.COM - Need to get some assistance PLEASE

I have had a financial dispute with Booking.com since December 2020. I cannot get any assistance from anyone. You call in and you are speaking with an assistant from anywhere in the world. Then they give you a number to call their financial department that says they are unable to assist and we must send an email on their intranet email system, which you do and the problem is still unresolved as you have not been able to speak to an actual person!!!!! CAN I ANYBODY TO JUST CALL ME AND PLEASE SPEAK TO ME so I can resolve our dispute.
