Booking.com ****mers and unprofessional!!!!!

Worse experience ever with Booking.com. Made booking for Jan 25, never reserved confirmation even after several attempts. Eventually my booking appears however I had requested to cancel as they a ****. Cancelation was done with promise of full refund however till today no money has been paid back to me.

They are refuting any communication made to them and refuse to pay back the money even though I have proof of emails. Be aware if making booking with Booking.com they are ****mers!!!!!!
