Booking.com & Menlyn Maine Apartments

I have been trying to get hold of booking.com for the past week. This is regarding a host that was not available at the time of check-in, keys weren’t available as well. I was charged for that night when I didn’t even spend the night there. I need my refund! This happened at Menlyn Maine apartment on the 3rd of June.
