Booking.com ****med us money for Accommodation

I booked accommodation in Durban through booking.com. Fully paid the venue (The Sails Apartment) when we got to the reception, no one knew about us and we were left stranded at night, having to look for a place to sleep. We lost about R8 600 just like that. I am so disappointed at Booking.com, this is unacceptable!!
