Booking.com ****med me of my money.

I made a booking at Umhlanga Apartments through booking.com, they falsified an advert about their rooms, I made a last minute booking and when I arrived at the property 30min later I realised their rooms were not what they advertised, when I cancelled they refused to refund my money I did not stay there and booking.com refuses to assist, there is no consumer protection what so ever.
