Booking.com ****med me

Good day,

I booked an accommodation through booking.com and when I get to the apartment I didn't get accommodation and ended up booking somewhere else.

I contacted them end of September and they said to me they will assist me within 14 working days, they didn't, and today I phoned them again but I am not getting help. I paid and I need my refund back, please help
