Booking.com is useless and doesn't understand true service delivery

Booking.com is absolutely the worst service I've ever received, giving you an attitude when they've messed up on your booking and when they suppose to be sorting it out. Dropping the call in my ear. The lady Erbin had such an ugly attitude. Is there any way we can have this service removed from South Africa please. I'd like to report this to the National Consumer Commission. Based on other reviews our people are not happy with their service.
