Booking.com is trash

A guest house in Vanderbijlpark park (The Bush Wedding Venue) stated that it is 2 km away from the vaal mall on the booking. Com website. I booked the place and made payment.. Later on when i planned to check in i find out the place is actually more than 20 km away from the mall and it became an inconvenience and we decieded to cancel the booking for two adults 1 stay.. The Bush manager had an unexplained and unnecessary attitude... And bookings. Com has not refunded me. The booking. Com numbers are not working. Its a ****.
