Booking.com is the worst

I booked through booking.com this past weekend - stood outside the property for about an hour with no answer, the phone went straight to voicemail, called their customer service (which is so useless because you don't even go through). Eventually went on a live chat with them and I explained the situation instead of them reallocating me I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to send me a link so that I can reallocate myself, you arrive at a property tired, your phone is about to switch off and yet you still need to find yourself somewhere you need to sit, wait and charge your phone only for them to come back to you with a lousy link for you to re-book yourself to another property and pay for it on top of it. Never using Booking.com ever! Worst experience
