BOOKING.COM IS PATHETIC WITH THE SUPPORT SYSTEM

What a nightmare to just get hold of any person at Booking.com. I am a manager at on of our Holiday homes, and just want to change my mobile number in order for me to log into Booking.com website. What a nightmare, now they can't help me, as the system say i need to contact support because my account has been blocked. No they can't help me. THIS IS PATHETIC. BUT THEY WANT THE MONEY FOR THE HOLIDAY HOMES
