Booking.com is pathetic

I booked a guesthouse via booking.com, the guest house cancelled on my right after I made the payment. I demanded an immediate refund from Booking.com, but for some insane reason they cannot do that, WHAT THE HELL??? Why not? Ann away, that was nothing I could do about it so they send me an email saying I will receive a full refund within 7-12 days, 22 days later I NEVER received a refund. When phoning them they say they will phone me back after 5 working days to give me a reference number to follow up on the bank with, You have got to be kidding me, I said? Demanding to speak to a manager, after being on hold for 30 minutes for manager, it judt went silent..... SO PLEASE EVERYONE, NEVER EVER EVER BOOK VIA BOOKING.COM BECAUSE THEY JUST ***** YOUR MONEY IF THE GUEST HOUSE CANCELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never use them again in my life!!!!
