Booking.com is not user friendly

I have logged multiple calls to you guys even contacted you waiting on hold for over 20minutes with no one answering I have deadlines that I need to meet and your website is causing a lot of payment problems for me that I need fixing your service is not up to scratch no one contacted me!!!
