Booking.com is not reliable.

On 1 Feb 2026 we made a booking under Collin the payment went through, however the booking was not confirmed, no reservation number. Booking.com sent an email to us informing us about their system glitch and that the payment will be refunded in 7-12 days.

We still have not received the refund
