Booking.com is listing ****mers on their website

I book for an accommodation on the 24th of June 2023 in a place called elegant home in Sandton which is listested on booking. Com and I made an online payment for R1250. We went there and search for the place the address on the web and in payment confirmation is incorrect the number is not working till today. We looked for the place for 6 hours. So my concern is how many places are listed under booking. Com that are ****ing people and why are they allowing them to be listed 1st of all. Guys we are not safe by using booking. Com I'm telling you.
