Booking.com is full of lies!!!!

I am very disappointed in booking.com, I'm still waiting for a refund to take place of which was supposed to happen in February 2022 already.

I intended on booking accommodation for the 31st January 2021 to 1st February to celebrate my birthday. When doing the booking on booking.com, the website kicked me out as soon as payment was made, without providing a confirmation of booking nor to cancel or to proceed with booking, nothing, it just kicked me out completely. I've spoken to many agents from the company, where the agents state that an automatic refund would take place or I would receive an email to finish my booking. I've also already sent all the proof required from the company to booking.com. It is the 28th April 2022 today and still nothing.

At this point I feel like its pointless fighting with a company that is clearly not going to refund me. I will not be doing any future business with booking.com nor recommend anyone to booking.com
